At Central Montana Orthopedic Specialists, we specialize in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including fractures, arthritis, and nerve compression syndromes like carpal tunnel. Our team of experienced surgeons and staff are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and mobility.
We offer surgeries and procedures in the office setting under local or regional anesthesia. This lowers your cost significantly and allows you the convenience of driving yourself home afterward. We treat carpal tunnel, trigger fingers, and tendon lacerations in the office, to name a few.
Our goal is to help you achieve the best outcome possible with your treatment plan. We emphasize nonsurgical management and only consider surgery if the benefits outweigh the risks. We understand that health care costs have become outrageous and we try to help you avoid unnecessary expenses.
We work closely in our office with our hand therapist to achieve superior outcomes. Our combined efforts assures our patients that they are getting the best care in the region.
If you've suffered a fracture, we can help. Our expert team provides comprehensive care for fractures of the arms, legs, hands, and feet. If you need follow-up care from an ER or urgent care, even if you do not have a referral, we will try to accommodate you to provide you the definitive care you need. We work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that gets you back to your normal activities as quickly as possible.
We offer arthroscopic surgery for the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and knee including rotator cuff tears, meniscus injuries, cartilage damage and ligament injuries. Our minimally invasive techniques can help reduce pain and improve function for patients with joint problems.
We have extensive experience treating and managing fractures in children, as well as, congenital deformities. Our compassionate team is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential.
Unsure about an orthopedic treatment plan? Sometimes a fresh perspective is needed. We offer consultations to help in the decision-making process. With over 34 years of combined clinical experience, we want to help you achieve the best outcome.
Dr. Todd Cameron is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery. He has been practicing general orthopedics and hand surgery in Great Falls, MT since 2009 when he moved here with his family after completing his training. Dr. Cameron had the advantage of four years of residency training at a level 2 trauma center in Southern California where he became skilled in diagnosing and treating complex orthopedic trauma cases, including post trauma reconstruction. This, and the addition of a year of subspecialty training in hand surgery, allowed him to develop a broad scope of surgical skills that have proven valuable to his patients in this community. Dr. Cameron has found, as his career has progressed, increased satisfaction in connecting with his patients on a personal level as they work through the healing process. He enjoys alleviating his patients’ pain and restoring their function. He feels it is necessary that providers take ownership of the doctor-patient relationship as a way of improving healthcare. In addition to his passion for his career as a physician and surgeon, Dr. Cameron spends his free time with his wife caring for their large family. They enjoy skiing, hiking, hunting, and floating the river. They love Montana and do not plan to ever leave.
